Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through our platform. Under this policy:

Order Cancellation

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order.

 

Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the platform and the shipping process has been initiated, or if the product is already out for delivery.

In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

Damaged or Defective Products

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team.

The request will be processed once the seller/merchant has verified and confirmed the issue at their end.

This must be reported within 10 days of receiving the product.

If you feel the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to our notice within 10 days of delivery. Our customer service team will carefully review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Products with Manufacturer Warranty

For items covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for support or service.

Refund Timelines

In case a refund is approved by XPRESSBUY TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take up to 10 days for the refund to be processed.

 

Return Policy

We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Items purchased during a sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

Only items that are found to be defective or damaged are eligible for replacement (subject to an approved exchange request).

Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain categories of products may be exempted from returns or refunds. Such items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

Return/Exchange Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt.

 

If the product passes our quality check, your return or exchange request will be processed according to our policies.
